Apple Car project fully discontinued

The Apple Car project was discontinued in late February, but the company has still had its California DMV-issued Autonomous Vehicles Program Manufacturer's Testing Permit for months since. This has however changed, with word just getting out that the permit has been canceled (I say "word just getting out" because it was actually canceled on the 27th). This completes the cycle of eradication of Apple's Apple Car ("Project Titan") project.
