White Friday (a day I just made up a week before Black Friday) is here, and it's time to start talking about Apple's upcoming Black Friday sale, running from Black Friday to Cyber Monday (I can't believe it; Apple is really making a Black Friday sale???). No, actually, pardon my misguidance: it's not even a sale, just Apple Gift Cards for specified products that most of the time aren't even new ones (oh, now I get it!). So, if you're looking for actual savings, wait for my Black Friday deal guides including third-parties. Stop reading this article; you anyway won't be buying into Apple's deals!!! Ok, fine, I'll get into the details if you insist.
The (gift card) deals
So, first, starting with Macs, the M3 MacBook Air is on (gift card) sale, with a $175 gift card for the 13" and a $200 one for the 15". The M2 Air also comes with a $150 gift card.
For iPads, the iPad Pro (no matter which model you get) has a $100 gift card, and the Air (no matter which model you get, again) has a $75 one. Rounding out the list, the 10th-gen iPad is available with a $50 gift card (the iPad mini is apparently too 'new' to include in the Black Friday sale).
Next, the iPhone. Since Apple just can't add a free gift card to the too new iPhone 16 series, the savings are limited to the old iPhone 15 ($75 gift card) and the even older iPhone 14 ($50 gift card).
Onto the Apple Watch and audio (I grouped these together because there's only the Apple Watch SE with a gift card), the Apple Watch SE, Beats Studio Buds +, Beats Solo 4 Wireless, Beats Fit Pro, Beats Studio Pro, AirPods Pro 2 and HomePod (no mini: come on, the mini was released in 2020, and just because Midnight replaced Space Gray this year doesn't mean that you can exempt the mini from sales!) are all for a $50 gift card, and the Beats Flex, Beats Solo Buds, Beats Pill and AirPods 4 (a surprising outlier) are available with a $25 gift card (probably there's newer Beats on the list because it was Beats, not Apple, who decided where the (gift card) deals were going).
For other accessories, the Apple TV 4K, the Smart Folio cover for iPads Air, Pro, and vanilla, the Magic Keyboard for the M2 Air, the Magic Keyboard Folio, the Magic Keyboard for the newest iPad Pro, the second-generation Apple Pencil, the Apple Pencil Pro, and the Smart Folio for the iPad Pro are all available with a $25 gift card (phew!).
